Once the site and goals are understood, we develop a preliminary concept including a rough design sketch, outline of scope, site visit with our team, and initial budget estimate to align expectations early.
Before construction begins we coordinate with the full team required for approvals. This may include engineers, wetland consultants, architects, and other specialists to prepare documents and secure permits.
Once permits are secured, our team manages construction from start to finish. We coordinate trades, schedule work, and oversee the build to ensure quality and efficiency.
